The proposed road projects for 2024 are:
A single or double Bituminous Seal Coat will be applied to Berger Road, Browns Drive, and Gaffney Hill Road (between Cider Press Road and Berger Road). COMPLETED

FB paving on Pine Manor Drive and Kristin Place scheduled for mid-summer.

We are also planning to do a hot mix overlay on Freds Court, Kressman Road Morvale Road and Cider Press Road (between Texas Road and Morgan Hill Road).

To prepare these roads for their surface treatment we will be out surveying these roads, cleaning the gutters, replacing any damaged drainage pipes, trimming brush within the right-of-way and making any other repairs they may need prior to the surface treatment starting.
