Seal Coat Road Projects ~ click and scroll down for details

We will be performing Bituminous Seal Coat on the following roads beginning on Monday June 5, 2017 weather permitting: MILL STREET, YOUNG STREET, KIEFER STREET, SHIRLEY STREET, FLAGLER STREET, JOAN STREET, LESH STREET, KYLE STREET, FLAFAIR DRIVE, MOUNTAINTOP DRIVE, WALTMAN LOOP LANE, SCHULER LANE, JEANNETTE STREET, TAMMY LANE, COLONNA DRIVE, FREDS COURT, ALBIE LANE, SPRINGWATER COURT, SOFET LANE and TEXAS ROAD. Church Road Closure Notice!  Williams Township has awarded a contract for the replacement of the existing storm culvert under Church Road. Church Road is anticipated to be closed to through traffic between Raubsville Road and Crestline Drive between May 29, 2017 and June 23, 2017. This schedule may fluctuate due to weather or other circumstances.  Please follow posted detour signage. Please note that this detour plan also affects Williams Church Road in Lower Saucon Township. Thank you for your patience.

Morvale Road Closure Notice!  UPDATE on planned work - below is the tentative schedule: 2 week Morvale Road Closure Notice sign posted next Monday, June 5, 2017; Morvale Road Closure and Detour signs posted Monday, June 19th; E&S Control and Tree Clearing starting Monday, June 19th; Existing concrete retaining wall demolition starting Thursday, June 22th; Geotech foundation test hole observation Wednesday, July 5th; Doublewall – Precast Concrete Wall System installation starting Wednesday, July 12th; Project completion and removal of Morvale Road Closure & Detour signs approximately on Friday, August 4, 2017. “Williams Township is required by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to submit detailed stormwater infrastructure mapping for the Urbanized Areas of the Township.  These 2010 US Census Data Urbanized Areas  include the northern portion of the Township, Raubsville Village and a small portion of Bownstown Village (Browns Drive & SR611) . Click here to view Map The Township’s engineering consultant Maser Consulting will be working with the Public Works Department to conduct the GIS Mapping. The Township and their agents have the access right to inspect stormwater drainage facilities throughout Williams Township.
